According to him, it is possible to make such forecasts due to the success of Antalya, where we saw the record number of arrivals from Russia this year. For 9 months the resort was visited by 3,376 million Russian tourists, which was a record indicator for all the history of Antalya.

Experts from Turkish aviation sector say that the country is able to increase incoming traffic from Russia by 15-20% in 2018. This prediction, based on an analysis of capabilities of air transportation, said the Head of Atlasglobal airline Murat Ersoy. In particular, he said that the record number of Russian tourists this year is far not a limit (let's recall, Turkish experts predicted that at least 5 million Russian tourists will arrive by the end of this year). In 2018, according to him, 15-20% more tourists can arrive to Turkey than in the current year.

For 11 months of 2017, Antalya International Airport hosted 3,695 million of Russian tourists. But in November the Germans are still the first. 2017 year became a record for Russian tourism in Antalya.
