Turkish Airlines will fly more often from Moscow to Antalya

Turkish Airlines announced the increase of transportation from Moscow to Antalya in the summer season - 2018 (from April to October). This was announced by the representative of Turkish Airlines in Russia Mefail Deribash. According to him, for this purpose, the airline has already booked five airliners of the list of 150 airplanes which will be included in the fleet of the company in the next four - five years (now the carrier has 330 airplanes flying in 300 directions around the world). It is planned, that each of the five new airliners will perform two flights a day from Moscow to Antalya, but the final schedule for the summer is under processing now. Mefail Deribash added that in 2017 Turkish Airlines transported 1.5 million passengers from the Russian capital to Turkey. Taking into consideration the regional flights, the number of passengers reached 2 million people from Russia. The increase of passenger traffic in comparison with 2016 amounted about 25%. In 2018, the carrier intends to increase the number of flights to other destinations in Russia, such as Sochi and Rostov, where Turkish Airlines now flies four times a week.
