In the winter season 2019/20, Russian tour operators significantly expand flight programs in the UAE. Dubai remains the main destination, flights to which will be operated from 25 cities of Russia. In addition to Dubai, the tours, based on the flights to the airports of Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ras al-Khaimah, will be offered. Tui Russia increases at least three times the volume of transportation in the UAE in comparison with the previous season. The tour operator launches its own new charter programs from Krasnodar, Ufa and Kazan. In the upcoming season for the flights from Moscow Tui added charter flights to Ras al-Khaimah. For the flights from regions the tour operator took blocks on Azur air flights. Also, the tour operator expanded the offer of tours on regular flights (GDS tours).
The Anex Tour’s flight program to the UAE has also increased compared to last year. The flights to Dubai on Azur Air charter flights are carried out from 24 cities: in particular, Krasnoyarsk, Surgut, Irkutsk, Syktyvkar, Omsk, Arkhangelsk. In addition, this year for the whole winter season the tour operator had a flight program to Abu Dhabi from Moscow on Azur Air from October 27.
Tour operator Intourist for the first time launches its own charter flight program in Dubai in the winter 2019-2020 season. The start of the flight program is scheduled from November 1, 2019, till April 26, 2020. In addition to charter transportation, the tour operator’s assortment also includes tours to Dubai on boards of all GDS flights to the UAE from more than 35 cities of Russia.
Program of Coral Travel has new charter flights to Dubai from Belgorod, Mineralnye Vody (New Year's program), Syktyvkar, Orenburg, Volgograd (New Year's program) and Voronezh.
Pegas Touristik currently has its own flight program to Dubai for the winter season 2019-20 only from Moscow. The flights, like last year, will be operated twice a week.
The tour operator Biblio-Globus kept the flight program in the UAE at last year’s level. The tour operator will fly from Moscow to Dubai, as well as from St. Petersburg and Yekaterinburg to Sharjah.
This winter, the tour operator Russian Express has blocks of seats on Fly Dubai flights from Moscow, Kazan, Samara and Krasnodar. The tour operator also offers programs based on regular flights - Aeroflot, Emirates (Dubai) and Air Arabia (Sharjah). “The growth in demand is noticeable against last year, on average we forecast growth of about 20%,” the company said.
The Tez Tour flight program in the UAE in the autumn-winter season is based on blocks of seats on daily Air Arabia flights. The program starts on October 5, 2019 and will be carried on the route Moscow (Domodedovo) - Sharjah.
