Visas to Finland are in high demand among Russians
The Association of Tour Operators of Russia has recorded a very high demand for tourist visas to Finland.
Since July 15, Russia has lifted all COVID restrictions on crossing the country's borders, except for the need to present the results of PCR tests.
The opening of the borders has caused an increased demand for tourist visas to Finland. For example, in St. Petersburg, tourists can apply for a visa only from the second half of August 2022.
“Thus, from July 15, Finland becomes fully accessible. And not only Finland, other European countries are also accessible through Finland, as Helsinki has always been an air hub," said Maya Lomidze, executive director of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia.
