The tour operator prepared for the season in advance, has booked more rooms in hotels than a year ago.
By the beginning of the summer season, the number of flights from Moscow and St. Petersburg to Montenegro has increased - Montenegro Airlines, Aeroflot, S7, Red Wings, Pobeda, Rossia, Ural Airlines flew in the destination. “The volume of transportation was sufficient, the cost was affordable, so the charters were not needed and dumping did not happen. In general, the season went without problems. Now early booking is slowly starting, but sales will activate since the beginning of the year,” said the representative of the tour operator.
Natalya Margolina, the head of Ics Travel Group, also called the past season quite successful. In the beginning of the summer there was a decline - in June and even in early July.
According to Tatyana Korshunova, the leading public relations manager of Tui Russia, the picture of growth is objective, Montenegro has grown 1,5 times this summer. The tour operator’s flight program was expanded compared to the summer of 2018, the flights were loaded almost completely. “We had a good early booking promotion. And the demand for the autumn season in September and October has increased significantly. The percentage of selling tours for families with children has also increased. Now tourists are already booking the summer season of the next year, ” said Ms. Korshunova.
