Tourist flow from Russia to Cuba increased 3,5 times

During the period from January to October 2023, the flow of tourists from Russia to Cuba increased 3,5 times.

“There was a significant increase in the number of direct flights from Russia to Cuba, and the tourist flow increased 3,5 times in January-October 2023. During the period from January to October, more than 146 300 tourists from Russia visited the Republic,” said Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko, who presented opportunities for Russian business in Cuba.

The Deputy Prime Minister added that also, within the framework of cooperation between the two countries, it was possible to create favorable conditions for Russian tourist companies to do business in Cuba and implement investment projects.
