“The Russian tour operators have reported about an increasing of demand for Vietnam by 15-20% in this winter season and noted a revival of sales for the spring season”, - told the press service of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR) to the portal "Interfax-Tourism".

From January to November 2016 Vietnam was visited by more than 9 million foreign tourists, which is 25.4% over of the last year's level. This is higher than predicted earlier - it was expected that 8.5 million visitors totally will arrive in 2016. In November alone, the country was visited by 926 thousand tourists - 14% more than in October and 25% more than in the same month a year ago.

Azur Air has announced the expansion of its route network in the 2019/2020 autumn-winter schedule, including from Russian regions. The carrier will also increase the intensity of flights to its traditional destinations.
