Tretyakov Gallery will use the City Pass card to attract foreign tourists

“Tretyakov Gallery plans to attract more foreigners, who are only 10℅ of the total number of visitors to the museum”, - said the general director of the State Tretyakov Gallery Zelfira Tregulova. "We are working in this system since the beginning of 2016. The number of tourists, who use it, is increasing consistently from quarter to quarter. Only 10℅ of our visitors - are the foreign tourists, and we are interested to attract foreign travelers at our museum by all forms", - said Z.Tregulova to reporters on Monday. She said that the travelers abroad do not know enough about the Tretyakov Gallery. And the card format such as “City Pass” is well known to foreign tourists. "So, I hope very much that this system will be available more widely", - she said. As explained the director of Russia City Pass Alexander Mityaev, the Tretyakov Gallery is scheduled to receive the special contactless readers by the help of which the visitors can enter into the museum without queue and cash desk.
