Anex Tour announced flights to Dominican Republic from Kazan (in addition to Yekaterinburg)
The geography of direct flights from Russian cities to the Dominican Republic for the winter season - 2019/2020 continues to expand. The new program of Azur Air from Kazan to La Romana was announced. The flights will be operated once every two weeks from November 1 to April 17. The tour packages, based on the indicated departures, are already available in the online booking system of the tour operator Anex Tour.
The cost of a 14-day holidays for two people at 3* hotel all inclusive starts from 158 thousand Rubles (2 168 Euros). The tours with similar parameters departing from Moscow are only slightly cheaper - from 155 thousand Rubles (2 126 Euros). “Now, tourists mostly ask tours based on November flights, as well as for New Year’s dates,” Julia Kruglova, the CEO of the travel agency network Geography, comments the first sales results. According to the head of the Kazan travel agency Oasis, Dilyara Makhmutova, there are no real bookings at her company yet, but customers are aware of the announced direct flights program and are actively interested in these offers.
Earlier, Anex Tour has opened the sales of tours to the Dominican Republic on the basis of direct Azur Air flights from Yekaterinburg. Thus, Kazan will become another Russian city with non-stop flights to the Caribbean resort - previously such flights were carried out only from Moscow and St. Petersburg. According to an expert, familiar with the situation, the competition on the capital market for the Dominican Republic is becoming more acute: this year, for example, another tour operator Coral Travel has announced its own flight program from Moscow. Therefore, the decision of Anex to expand the geography of departures from Russian regions is understandable, although it is not without risk. So, if tourists from neighboring Chelyabinsk, Perm, Tyumen use flights from Yekaterinburg to La Romana, it will be more difficult to sell the boards from Kazan.
