RusLine airline has launched a direct flight from Moscow to Leipzig
“RusLine airline has launched a new regular flight from the capital's Domodedovo airport to Leipzig Halle airport (Germany) on Wednesday”, - the correspondent of the Interfax-Tourism portal reports. "For many years we dreamed about the opening of this flight and made every possible effort to launch it", - the General director of Leipzig airport Johannes Yen told Interfax-Tourism. The flights will be performed three times a week: on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays by Bombardier CRJ-200 liners. Travel time from Moscow will be 3 hours, back - 2 hours and 50 minutes. Departure time from Domodedovo airport is 10:30, from Leipzig / Halle - 13:20. According to the airline's website, the price of round-trip tickets is 23 thousand rubles. RusLine air company positions itself as the largest regional carrier of Russia, which performs passenger regular and charter flights. The company’s regular foreign destinations are Oslo, Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn, and now Leipzig. RusLine plans to launch regular flight to Bergen in summer. According to the Border Guard Service of the Russian Federal Security Service, the number of Russians who visited Germany last year with tourist purpose was 509,600. This is 11% less than a year earlier.
