Rossiya starts operating flights from Russian cities to Egyptian resorts
Rossiya Airlines is launching flight programs from Russian cities to Egyptian resorts. The flights will be operated in cooperation with the tour operator Biblio-Globus. Information about this is published on the official website of the carrier.
In particular, flights to the Egyptian Red Sea coast are planned from eight Russian cities. So, already on September 10, the first aircraft will go to Hurghada from Nizhny Novgorod and Perm, on September 11- from Novosibirsk and Rostov-on-Don, and on September 13 - from Tyumen. Departures to Sharm el-Sheikh are planned from the Nizhny Novgorod and Chelyabinsk airports starting from September 12, from Krasnodar and Mineralnye Vody - from September 14 and from Tolmachevo - from September 18.
The flight programs will operate on a weekly basis, that is, one flight per seven-day period on each route. Boeing 737-800 aircraft will be used on the line, and Boeing 747 - from Novosibirsk air harbor.
The air carrier sells tickets as part of the travel packages of the tour operator Biblio-Globus, which also includes transfers, accommodation at a selected hotel, meals and a medical insurance for each tourist.
Rossiya was the first domestic airline to resume flights from Moscow to Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh since August 9. According to the volume of bookings of the tour operator, as for regional airports, nowadays, the load of the air boards for the first dates of flights will be about 90%.
