Almost 1.5 million Russians visited Egypt in 2024

The number of Russian tourists visiting Egypt in 2024 increased by 15% compared to the previous year. In total, 1.4 million Russians visited this country last year. This was reported by the Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia Anton Alikhanov. There are currently more than 140 passenger flights per week between Russia and Egypt on 41 routes, noted Mr. Alikhanov.
