New Tunisia flight program from Russia launches with 100% occupancy on debut flights
Pegas Touristik has officially resumed sales and operations for Tunisia, initiating charter flights from both Moscow and St. Petersburg to Monastir. The new flight program is being operated by Egypt’s Pyramids Airlines, on an Airbus A321 aircraft configured with 220 economy-class seats. The schedule is designed to offer maximum flexibility for travelers: from Moscow flights are operating five times per week; from St. Petersburg — twice per week.
The start of the program has been met with significant optimism from the company. According to data provided by ATOR (Association of Tour Operators of Russia), the inaugural flights from both capitals departed with 100% load factors. The high demand is not limited to the first wave of departures; tickets for the upcoming dates in the near future are also nearly sold out.
Despite the high demand, the tour packages remain competitive for the end of July 2026. Prices for tours under the PEGAS Touristik program start from 111,000 Russian rubles (approx. $1,300 USD) for a standard package for two people.
