Qatar Airways may open new flights to Russia

Akbar al-Baker, the executive director of Qatar Airways group of companies, told that Qatar Airways may increase the frequency of flights from Doha to St. Petersburg, as well as open flights to two major Russian cities (in particular, to Vladivostok). The executive director noted that the carrier will consider a question of new flights, if the Russian Federation and Qatar sign an open skies agreement. “When we open a new rout, we do not arrange a daily regime. St. Petersburg is important for us, so we set a daily flight regime to Pulkovo.
