Malta did not include Russia in the list of resuming flights
The Ministry for Tourism and Consumer Protection of Malta and Malta Tourism Authority announced the resumption of commercial flights to the country and the opening of Malta airport since July 1, 2020.
At the first stage of resuming commercial air traffic, the flights to / from the following 19 countries and regions will be opened: Austria, Hungary, Germany, Denmark, Israel, Ireland, Iceland, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Finland, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Estonia, as well as the islands of Sicily and Sardinia.
Russia, as an epidemiologically unsafe country, is not included in the list. So, Russian tourists, planning to visit Malta, will have to wait until the situation improves at home and Russia becomes safe.
