Tourists began to actively buy tours to Turkey for spring and summer

Tour operators resumed work with the Turkish destination, opening sales of tours arranged on the basis of Russian and Turkish airlines. Experts talk about the activation of demand among customers.

“A week ago, Anex Tour opened sales in three Turkish points: Antalya, Dalaman and Bodrum. On April 12, the program began on Pegasus Airline flights, and on April 15 - on the program of Turkish Airlines. From April 19, PegasFly flights became available to the tour operator's customers. Thus, Anex Tour is currently cooperating with three air carriers,” the tour operator’s press service explained.

Now, the company reports, mostly bookings are made for the next two months, the depth is not so great yet, but Anex Tour expects that the situation will change soon.

At Coral Travel, new bookings (departures from April 1 to October 30) account for 68% of all bookings in the destination.

“We are seeing a good dynamics of bookings. According to our agencies, people are actively interested in summer offers,” Coral Travel said.

The Fun&Sun (ex. Tui Russia) company also gives high marks for tourist activity in the Turkish destination. According to their statistics, the demand for holidays in Turkey has increased compared to the beginning of March. This is due both to the approach of the summer season and to the expansion of flight opportunities.

The company said that on April 12, they recorded a noticeable activation of bookings. This is understandable: it was on April 12 that the flight program from Moscow to Antalya was successfully launched by Pegasus Airlines. Fun&Sun has blocks of seats on the boards of the carrier.
