On January 21, representatives of tour operator companies told about changes in flight programs in Antalya for the summer of 2020. Most travel companies increase the volume of transportation and expand the geography of departures.
So, Anex Tour added Saratov, Vladikavkaz and Vladivostok to the flight program, due to the high demand for the destination in these cities. Thus, it will be possible to fly to Antalya from 41 points of Russia.
Tui Russia reported about the global expansion of the geography of flights to Antalya - 17 more points of departures will be added to the existing (in the summer 2019) 20 cities: Arkhangelsk, Astrakhan, Barnaul, Vladikavkaz, Volgograd, Irkutsk, Kemerovo, Magnitogorsk, Murmansk, Omsk, Orenburg, Saratov, Surgut, Syktyvkar with daily flights, Tomsk, Ulyanovsk and Khabarovsk with flights once every 2 weeks. In addition, tourists from the tour operator will be able to fly from Moscow to Antalya in the summer of 2020 not only on the wings of Ural Airlines, S7 and Azur Air, but also on Onur Air airline – the flights are scheduled daily.
It is noteworthy that Onur air flights are operated from Sheremetyevo. “This is not about the growth of demand in the market as a whole, but about the increase in the volume of the tour operator in this area and, accordingly, the expansion of the flight program and geography of departures,” commented Tatyana Korshunova, Tui Russia leading public relations manager.
The flight program in Antalya of Tez Tour is in the final stages of formation. “On average, for the next season we plan to increase the volume of air transportation at the country's resorts by 2 times,” said Svetlana Baranova, the head of PR service of the tour operator. “Tours to Turkey will be presented on both charter and regular flights from 18 cities of Russia.”
But Intourist did not change the last year’s plan to meet summer 2020. “Toward the end of January we will see if there is a need to expand the flight program. Now, the flights to Antalya are planned from 13 cities on Red Wings flights,” said Sergey Tolchin, executive director of the tour operator.
The flight program of the Biblio-Globus tour operator also did not undergo any changes.
