We continue improving the infrastructure and logistics, prepare for outgoing changes of Kamchatka as a tourist destination for the purpose to increase the number of tourists visiting the protected areas and, at the same time - to remain the nature in its original state", - said the head of the Kronotsky Reserve Tikhon Shpilenok. “In the last tourist season almost 2.5 thousand foreign travelers were among visitors of the Kronotsky Reserve and the South Kamchatka Federal Reserve”, - added in the report.
