The tourists flow from African countries to Russia has grown by almost 60% over the past two years

For many African countries, tourism is a rapidly growing sector of the economy. At the same time, there is a demand among African tourists for travel around Russia, especially for educational and medical tourism.

«Africa is a promising tourist market that we have not yet developed. There are more than 50 countries on the continent, all of them interesting in their own way. Citizens of Botswana, Cape Verde, Mauritius, Namibia, Tunisia, South Africa and the Seychelles already have a visa-free entry regime to Russia. The geography of air traffic with Africa is expanding: Russia is connected by direct flights to Egypt, Algeria, Morocco, the Seychelles and Ethiopia», - Yulia Maksutova noted.
