The most affordable tours for the New Year

As statistics provided by travel agencies show, sales of tours abroad during the November holidays increased by approximately 32% compared to last year.

The most popular destinations where tourists and vacationers often book tours on the eve of the New Year are the UAE, Turkey, Thailand, Egypt and the Russian Federation. Sometimes Sri Lanka is included in the TOP of the most popular destinations.

The average cost of a standard package tour for 2 people during the New Year holidays is approximately:

Russia – about $ 782;
Turkey – up to $ 1 980;
Egypt – up to $ 2 606;
UAE – up to $ 3 440;
Thailand – about $ 3 545;
Sri Lanka – up to $ 4 170.

During the New Year holidays in 2024, destinations such as Mauritius, Cuba, the Seychelles and the Maldives will also attract increased interest among tourists.

Comparing the number of package tours booked this year with 2019, leading tour operators note that the number of booked resorts has increased by 2,6 times. Considering that most leading travel agencies offer their clients special conditions, booking of tours in November - December is convenient and profitable.
