Russian tourist flow to Cuba has increased by 12% for 8 months

In 2018, the country was visited by 137 thousand guests from the Russian Federation, which is 30% more against 2017. From January to August 31, 2019, more than 90 thousand Russian tourists visited Cuba, an increase is 12% compared to the same period last year," he added. According to Penalver, the increase in tourist flow from the Russian Federation is due to the charter programs from the largest Russian tour operators.
