Russia is negotiating on the introduction of a visa-free regime with Latin American countries
It became known about the negotiations between Russia and six Latin American countries on the introduction of a visa-free regime.
At the moment, Russia has signed an agreement on a visa-free regime with 27 Latin American countries out of 33.
“Negotiations with these countries are formally underway, of course. They are considering our projects. Our goal, which has long been announced, is to make Latin America a completely visa-free travel zone between citizens of Latin American countries and citizens of Russia, ”, Alexander Shchetinin, director of the Latin American department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, reported.
It is clarified that visa-free negotiations are currently underway with such countries as the Bahamas, Barbados, Haiti, Mexico, Trinidad and Tobago, as well as Saint Lucia.
