More than 100 thousand Chinese tourists visited Moscow for 6 months of 2016
According to the Tourist Association The World without Borders, more than 100 thousand tourists from China visited Moscow between January and June 2016 as part of the visa-free group tourist exchange, which is 25% more than in the same period of the last year, when the capital was visited by 80 thousand "visa-free "travelers. In total, over the last 4 years, the number of tourists from China to Moscow increased almost 3 times: from 82 thousand in to 2012 to 240 thousand in 2015. At the same time Moscow and St. Petersburg are the classic route for Chinese tourists and take along almost 53% of visa-free group tourist market.
