Kolavia’s A321 plane crashed 100km from Arish in North Sinai. There were 224 tourists onboard, who return from Egypt to Saint Petersburg, among them 63 men, 138 women, and 17 children in age from two to seventeen. The charter plane was organized by Russian tour operator Brisco. Russian passenger plane was scheduled to arrive in St. Petersburg at 12:10pm Moscow time, according to the Pulkovo airport. The flight was operated by A321 belonging to Kogalymavia company. Egyptian security services reported that the airliner was completely destroyed. The airliner was flying at 9,000 meters when the plane’s captain contacted air traffic controllers and requested emergency landing due to radio station malfunction. Connection with the plane was lost after that. Black boxes have been found at Kolavia’s A321 plane crash site in Sinai. According to the information of RTD, yesterday this plane was operating a flight from Turkey to Moscow with participants of TOP-200 travel agents of tour operator Brisco.
