Coral Travel launches charters to Mexico for the first time

There will be more charter players on the Mexican destination this winter season. From October 18, the direct charter flights Moscow - Cancun of Royal Flight will start in the interest of Coral Travel. Boeing 777-300 ER with a business class will be used on the route.  According to Marina Makarkova, the head of Coral Travel's PR department, this winter season the tour operator significantly expands its presence in all three main Caribbean destinations: after Cuba and the Dominican Republic, Coral Travel flies with charters to Mexico. 

The Coral Travel flight program to Mexico on new Royal Flight boards is planned from Moscow (Sheremetyevo) to Cancun from October 18, 2019 to May 15, 2020, with a frequency of once every 10 days.  

Coral Travel launches its own charters to Mexico for the first time, and this is important news for the market - especially since there is a business class on the boards, experts say. From 2011 to 2016, the tour operator took blocks of seats to Cancun on direct flights of regular and charter airlines. Also, the tour operator sold tours to Mexico on connecting scheduled flights. 

Now, the tour operator has 166 hotels at the resorts of Cancun, Playa del Carmen, the Mayan Riviera, Puerto Morelos and Cozumel. This is more than other tour operators (working on the destination) have. 

The prices of the tour operator with a departure on the first flight to Mexico are comparable to the current price level on the destination. So, a tour for 11 nights with a departure on 18.10.2019 to the hotel Grand Bahia Principe Coba 5* costs from 178 229 Rubles (2 421 Euros) for two persons, AI. The price for a tour similar in dates and duration to Iberostar Cozumel 5* hotel starts from 176 622 Rubles (2 398 Euros) for two (also on an all-inclusive system). 

According to experts, the new charter program of a tour operator to Mexico will increase the level of competition on the destination and at the same time expand the choice for tourists who require a business class for a long flight.
