AZUR Air has launched charter flights to Abu Dhabi
On October 27 2017 was launched a charter connection from Russia to the capital of UAE by airplanes of AZUR air Earlier Russian tour operators used flights of regular foreign carriers for air transportation to Abu Dhabi from Russia. AZUR air airline has started the flight charter program on October 27, 2017. The flight was performed from Moscow's Domodedovo airport by Boeing 737-800 with departure at 13 hours 05 minutes with a 100% passenger load. "AZUR air airline was honored to become the first Russian air carrier, which opened charter flights to the capital of United Arab Emirates. We also express our gratitude to the aviation authorities of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the whole UAE for promptly coordinating the procedures necessary to start flights", - said Mikhail Kritsky, Director General of AZUR air. "We see great prospects in the development of the flight program to United Arab Emirates in the autumn-winter period of 2017/2018, this direction promises to become one of the most popular for Russian tourists", - he adds. It should be noted, that AZUR air actively contributes to the flow of Russians to the resorts of UAE. So, since September the scheduled flights to Dubai from Moscow and charter flights from fourteen Russian regions are performed.
