A record number of charters to UAE are launching from St. Petersburg

The volume of air transportation to the resorts of UAE from St. Petersburg will be seriously increased in the forthcoming winter season. Three charter chains of tour operators are announced from the city. So, from October 8 twice a week will start the flights to Sharjah on the airplanes of Rossiya airline, which are consolidated by Biblio-Globus. With the same frequency, twice a week, from October 21 the flights to Dubai of Coral Travel will be carried out by Royal Flight airplanes, since October 22 - ANEX Tour by Azur Airline. In addition there are daily regular flights of Emirates airline on the same rout. According to the Head of TBS Group St. Petersburg Ulugbek Rashidov, the depth of sales to Emirates is inconsiderable, there are requests mainly for the first flights in October. We see the affects of competition with summer destinations - first of all Turkey and Cyprus, summer flight programs for which have not yet been completed. However, the observers believe that in the future the market players cannot avoid the clearance sales on the direction. It will be not easy to fill the air boards, especially in the "low" period - the first two decades of December, as well as after the New Year holidays. Experts recall that last year only regular flights departed from St. Petersburg to UAE. The declared volume of charter programs, in their opinion, can lead to excess of transportation.
