Tour operators pay tourists for the flight to Croatia
For the next dates of departure tours to Croatia from Moscow are available at prices of 18 thousand Rubles (245 Euros) for two persons. For such money it is realistic to buy a four-day tour to the Istrian peninsula and this is lower than the cost of air tickets to the direction. Weekly tour packages are little more expensive - from 14 thousand Rubles (191 Euros) per person. As experts explain, speeches about the global "burning" of seats on flights to Pula are not going now. Rather, there is a local sale of tour operators of the remains of their seats on the flights. That is why the cheapest special offers are issued for short four-day tours, which are less popular among tourists than standard weekly tour packages. As for air transportation - its current volumes on the whole Croatian direction are considered by observers as balanced. Against the last summer only one weekly flight of S7 airline was added from Moscow to Pula - instead of four frequencies there are five now. And Red Wings airline added one flight - instead the last year's two flights there are tree now. To Split, as in the summer of 2017, Aeroflot has daily flight and to Dubrovnik – there are two flights of S7 airline. Experts believe that such volumes correspond to demand. They expect a reduction of the number of special offers for Croatia in the near future. Demand for Croatian is supported by permanent clients, who year after year spend holiday at these resorts. On the other hand, sales are partly constrained by competition with neighboring visa-free Balkan countries, primarily Montenegro. In addition - Albania, where Russian tourists also do not need visas in summer period.
