Tour operators have opened the sale of tours to Egypt
Egypt could be another candidate for border opening. Aeroflot opened sales of direct flights to Cairo, and some tour operators have already launched sales of tours to Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh.
However, as the players of the travel market comment, the sales themselves have a "single" nature - tourists are waiting for an official signal from the authorities on opening of Egypt.
On July 31, Aeroflot opened the sale of direct flights Moscow-Cairo, the cost of tickets started from 126 Euros one way. In addition, it is already possible to get to the resorts of Egypt on connecting flights - for example, through Istanbul or Minsk.
As for the opening of Egypt, experts are sure that Egypt is among those 30 destinations that should be opened for Russian tourists in the near future. The dynamics of the incidence of coronavirus in the country of Pyramids also contributes to this fact.
As a result, tour operators have already opened the sale of tours to the resorts of Egypt. “We offer, as before, tours to Egypt resorts on regular air flights through Cairo. Due to the uncertainty with the opening of borders, sales of this destination are still sporadic," - commented the press service of the tour operator Tez Tour, which has launched the sales of tours to Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh.
At the same time, the tour operator pays special attention to the fact that tourists arriving directly to Hurghada, Taba, Sharm el-Sheikh and Marsa Allam do not need to have a certificate of Covid-19 testing.
As for the prices for tours, they start from 801 Euros for 3* in Hurghada for two persons.
