"Three volcanoes park" in Kamchatka

The 4-way agreement about the creation of a new resort around the volcanoes Mutnovskiy, Viluchinskiy and Goreliy in Kamchatka region was signed during the V Eastern economic forum in Russia. The “Interros” group of Vladimir Potanin and the structures of Sergey Bachin (“Roza Khutor” CEO) have registered “Three volcanoes park” Ltd in June 2019.

It’s supposed that the park “Three volcanoes” will become the international resort and will be interesting both for Russian and foreign tourists. And over 400 000 guests can visit it annually to 2030. The investors plan to construct 12 objects there with 1000 hotel rooms, 17 kilometers of ski mountain tracks and 2 cable cars tracks. The whole project price is 39 200 000 000 rubles. 15 000 000 000 will be paid by private investors, who will construct the tourist infrastructure and ecological routes, while the state will create the transport network and resources connections.
“Kamchatka is superior to all known world analogs according to its nature manifold and that is our main task to unlock the potential of this region and to make it interesting and affordable for the tourists”, said the chairman of Directors Board of “Three volcanoes park” Sergey Bachin. Sergey Bachin has the experience of such projects realization and now he is planning to start the tourists’ reception in 2024-2025.
