The tourist flow from Russia to Croatia has grew by 6% in 2016
“About 120 thousand Russians visited Croatia last year, which is 6% more than in 2015”, - according to the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR), which is citing the data from the National Tourist Croatia. “Totally in 2016 Croatia was visited by about 16.35 million foreign visitors. The number of Russian tourists has increased for the first time after a decline of tourist traffic, which began in 2013”, the report said. The Russian tourists prefer Istria, as well as travelling to Kvarner, Rijeka and Dubrovnik. ATOR noted, that last year the number of Russians, who choose yachting in Croatia, has increased by 12%.
