The operational headquarters informed on the opening of air links with eight new countries. Once again, either little-demanded or closed for tourists destinations are opened. The number of flights to Egypt and Greece has increased.
Regular international air traffic with the following states resumes on a reciprocal basis from June 10, 2021:
- Austria (Moscow - Vienna twice a week). The country does not accept Russian tourists, only certain categories of citizens.
- Hungary (Moscow - Budapest twice a week). The country does not accept Russian tourists, only certain categories of citizens.
- Lebanon (Moscow - Beirut once a week). The country is ready to receive Russian tourists. Lebanon is a non-mass tourist destination. Tickets due to the limited number of flights will be expensive.
- Luxembourg (Moscow - Luxembourg once a week). The country does not accept Russian tourists, only certain categories of citizens.
- Mauritius (Moscow - Port Louis twice a week). The country is completely closed for tourists, including Russian ones. Flights there until at least the end of June are not possible.
- Morocco (Moscow - Rabat twice a week). The country is ready to receive Russian tourists. Flights Moscow - Rabat will not be popular among tourists due to the remoteness from the country's resorts (tourists need Casablanca, Marrakesh, Agadir).
- Croatia (Moscow - Zagreb twice a week). The country is ready to receive Russian tourists, including vaccinated. However, flights to the capital Zagreb (not to the resort cities of Croatia) are unlikely to cause enthusiasm among tourists.
From June 10, charter flights with Albania on the Moscow - Tirana route will be resumed once a week. The country is ready to accept Russian tourists without a visa and PCR tests.
From June 10, the number of flights with Greece on the Moscow-Athens route will be increased on a reciprocal basis by two flights a week. That is, the total number of flights to Greece will be 8 per week from June 10.
