The flight program from Pulkovo airport to Iran is expanding

“New flights to Iran cities were launched from Pulkovo airport since June 30, 2017. Mahan Air Airlines performs weekly charter flights from St. Petersburg to Mashhad till September 8 2017. Zagros Airlines carries out charter flights to Isfahan every two weeks until September 22”, - the airport press service reported. Mashhad and Isfahan are on the second and third places among the popular cities of Iran. Both cities are the new destinations in the Pulkovo route network and Zagros Airlines is the new carrier for the city's air harbor. Earlier St. Petersburg was connected by direct flights only with Iranian capital Tehran. In the current summer season Pulkovo expects a significant increase of traffic between the northern capital of Russia and the airports of Middle East countries. The number of airlines, performing charter flights programs to Iran in 2017, increased to seven - Mahan Airlines, Meraj Air, Qeshm Air, Taban Air, Nordwind, Aseman Airlines and Zagros Airlines.
