New offices of “Visit Russia” will be opened in four European capitals before the end of the year

“The new offices of “Visit Russia” will be opened in Madrid, London, Milan and Paris before the end of the year”, - said the deputy head of the Federal Tourism Agency Sergei Korneev on Thursday. "There are some areas where we want to activate our presence: firstly - this is Europe, we can see the interest of the Mediterranean countries of Europe, so - we’ll open a second office in Milan. In January - our affiliate national marketing office of “Visit Russia” in Madrid (now it operates in the test mode). In November we are planning to open the office of “Visit Russia” in London, as well as in Paris - by the end of the year", - S.Korneev said. According to him, next year a cross-tourism year begins with Austria, as part of this event it is scheduled to open tourist office in Vienna. "In the Asian region in this year - Shanghai, it will be the second office in China. In the long term perspective, we are interested in the countries of South-East Asia. In addition, we are looking a partner to open tourist office in Israel", - he said.
