New facts about bankruptcy of ex-head of DSBW were obtained
10 apartments, 2 non-residential premises and a house with three plots of land, sold by the ex-director of the business failure DSBW tour operator Karen Goncharov shortly before the start of his bankruptcy proceedings, led to another lawsuit. On July 3, 2018, the tour operator DSBW announced the impossibility of fulfilling its obligations. A little later, on November 7, the Moscow Arbitration Court declared the ex-head of the company Karen Goncharov bankrupt. Moreover, according to the arbitration court, at that time his debt to creditors amounted to 3,6 million Euros and 25 million Rubles.
The story of DSBW and its owner could end there, but in March 2019, Karen Goncharov announced his return to the market by publishing a post on his Facebook page telling about the launching of a new tour operator company. However, in fact, it turned out that the situation with Goncharov’s settlements with creditors, mildly speaking, is ambiguous.
It turns out that in total Karen Goncharov has sold 10 apartments, 2 non-residential premises, 1 house and three land plots before bankruptcy. But this is not all, because earlier the court found that another building in the elite cottage village was sold by Goncharov just 10 days before the bankruptcy case was initiated and the transaction price was greatly underestimated. Moreover, Karen Goncharov sold one of his Audi TT cars for just 700 thousand Rubles. As well as in the case of the house, in September 2019 this transaction was also declared as invalid by the court.
In conclusion, we recall that earlier lawyers explained that such actions most often indicate that a person, planning to become bankrupt, is trying to avoid fulfilling his obligations to creditors.
