In 2018 Cyprus will save or improve the results of the last season
Tour operators are reckoning on the steady sale of Cyprus in the summer of 2018 due to the availability of guaranteed blocks in the hotels of the island. Also the operators note the increase of the depth of sales and the growing demand for villas and apartments. The leading tour operators say that according to the results of early booking program the demand for Cyprus has remained at the level of the previous year and is stable or growing. According to the information of Biblio-Globus tour operator -“the depth of sales with high demand (the tour operator expects growth of Cyprus in this season) reaches September 2018”. This is also confirmed by other players. In ANEX Tour the depth of sales of Cyprus has increased by 34%. TUI Russia says that in comparison with the previous year sales were increased by more than 30% for the period of early booking. Anna Filatovskaya the Director of the Direct Sales of ICS Travel Group informed that in early 2018 the volume of early bookings has increased by about 15-20% against the last year. "The season is unlikely to be easy. But most likely we will confirm the result of the last year", - the expert sums up the situation. As for the resorts, in comparison with the last season, the rating has not changed. According to the information of Biblio-Globus - the most popular resort in Cyprus are Ayia Napa, Paphos, Limassol, Protaras and Larnaca.
