"The demand for tours to Paris among Russian tourists stabilized and even has a trend for growth. If we talk about the Russian market, the demand for France by the end of the year will be restored to almost pre-crisis level, "- said M. Lomidze. She said that the other European destinations are popular among Russian tourists. “The Russian tourists received 12 thousand visas to France in the first month of the year, it is twice more than in January 2016”, - said earlier the Consul General of France in Russia Mark Sedy. According to the consul, the visas are issued to applicants within 48 hours, and the visitors can expect for multiple French Schengen visas not only of France, but also of the other EU countries. This year, according to the tour operators, France has become one of the most popular destinations for Russians at the February and March holidays.
