Airline LOT intends to resume flights from Warsaw to Kaliningrad
“Polish airline company LOT plans to resume direct flights on the route Warsaw - Kaliningrad – Warsaw”, - reported the airline spokesman Adrian Kubitski on Thursday. "The company LOT plans to return to Kaliningrad and restore direct flights to Warsaw. Statistics show that an increasing number of passengers from Kaliningrad are using Warsaw as a flights connecting place. We are ready to offer good conditions during the flight from Kaliningrad to Warsaw and the hub’s possibility for further traveling", - said A.Kubitski. According to him, the company is planning to perform five flights a week by Bombardier Dash 8 Q400 airplane with 78 seats. But the company will be able to use on the rout an airplane of larger capacity, for example, during the football matches in Kaliningrad 2018. In turn, the LOT’s returning to Kaliningrad will encourage the other foreign airlines to restore pre-existing routes.
