Aeroflot to open additional flights to Turkey
Aeroflot will launch additional flights to Turkish cities, official representative of the company Mikhail Demin said.
According to Aeroflot, one flight per day will fly to Antalya, Bodrum and Dalaman, two to Istanbul. The representative of the carrier clarified that depending on the actual demand, the number of flights in the future may change.
Russia resumes flights to Turkey from June 22 after an almost three-month hiatus. Flights were stopped in mid-April amid an unfavorable epidemiological situation.
However, a Russian inspection team that visited the country concluded that a visit to Turkey is now possible. It is noted that hotel employees were vaccinated there, the proportion of those vaccinated ranges from 60 to 90 percent.
