VERSA Travel Company withdraws bankruptcy claim

The reasons for such decisions are not known yet.

Claim for bankruptcy of tour operator VERSA was registered on January 26, 2015. The company informed about termination of business in international tourism on September 15, 2014. For that moment, 9 000 clients of tour operator were abroad. The amount of financial insurance of Versa was 210 million rubles.

After termination of their business, tour operator passed their Russian and international tourists to a partner company Tari Tour.

Criminal trial against Versa under the article cheating was opened in the middle of October 2014.

Tour operator Versa was established in 1999. It was considered among the biggest tour operators in Saint-Petersburg. According to data of United State Registry of Legal Entities for March 2010, Versa is owned by 50% by Vladimir Dorofeev, the general director of Versa, and by 50% by Zamira Dorofeeva.
