Audit commission of Tourpomosch (association of tour operators for outbound tourism) failed to establish the exact number of tourists, evacuated from abroad in 2014 after the bankrupts of tour operators , the chairman of the association Natalya Kitova said at a general meeting of the association committee.

"The commission was not able authentically to set the number of tourists, exported from abroad. The efficiency of the compensation fund of Tourpomosch, the Commission considers as unsatisfactory," - she said, presenting the report of the Audit commission on the activities of Tourpomosch in 2014.

The Commission recommended to also to find an effective mechanism of financial control.

At the same time director of Tourpomoschi Vyacheslav Basov previously told last year the association returned 40 thousand customers of bankrupted tour operators, and spent for that spending 293 million rubles
