Tourists will be transported to Zanzibar for the New Year

“Coral Travel took blocks of seats on Oman Air for two New Year flights to Zanzibar Island: in late December and early January,” reported the head of the public relations department of the tour operator Marina Makarkova. Tourists will fly with a change in Muscat. 

Prices for tours have not yet been published, however, according to observers, most likely, tour packages will be sold out by November. The destination was promoted two years ago: Pegas Touristik began it in the winter of 2017, and ANEX Tour began sending its tourists to the archipelago in the following season. These operators do not yet have information about programs in Zanzibar for the coming winter. “We were satisfied with the steady demand for the destination. The program was completed on schedule - in March 2019. Information about the products for the upcoming season will be posted on our website, as the program become available,” commented the General Director of Pegas Anna Podgornaya. 

The head of Quinta-Tour, Irina Serganova, confirms the growing interest in Zanzibar: “We receive 1-2 orders for this area per week. Most of our tourists buy combined tours along the route Tanzania - Kenya – Zanzibar”. 

Arthur Muradyan, the general director of tour operator Space Travel, believes that it will be not difficult for Coral Travel to load a block of seats for two New Year chains. According to him, the decision of the tour operator can be called as quite adequate to the demand.
