Tour operators will fly to Morocco in the summer

According to tour operators, the resumption of direct flights to Morocco will increase interest in this year-round destination, which has its own audience in Russia.

First of all, tour operators are ready to arrange sightseeing tours in Morocco based on direct flights of Royal Air Maroc. Thus, Space Travel is developing a summer offer with an emphasis on an extensive individual excursion program: a direct contract has already been signed with Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort 5* hotel.

In the near future, excursion tours in Morocco will appear from Russian Express tour operator. Pac Group and Intourist already have offers to Morocco on GDS flights: sightseeing tours are in demand.

Anex Tour is considering the possibility of opening sale of tours to Morocco on regular flights. In this format, the product for Morocco is presented in the assortment of Paks and Ics Travel Group: tour operators do not intend to expand their offer now.

Tour operators are not yet in a hurry with block transportation on Royal Air Maroc flights. The main players do not have such plans.

“We are not planning to take blocks, there are enough flights from GDS systems,” the Russian Express said. Pac Group has a similar position, as well as Paks and Ics operators. Space Travel is potentially considering block transportation, but it depends on the volume of sales.

“Perhaps we will offer blocks of seats in the summer, but now we will observe the demand,” commented Space Travel.

Experts assess the potential demand for tours to Morocco in the summer season 2023 as moderate. As it is noted in the Russian Express, in the summer months, a beach holiday in Agadir is traditionally in more demand among Russians. According to tour operators, on average, tours to Morocco cost from $ 2 350 – 2 870 for two persons.
