Both companies were founded in 1992 and are old-timers of Russian tourism. Panteon over the course of 30 years of work from a niche TO in Greece has grown into a significant player in the market of exotic destinations - the company has strong positions in the Maldives, Sri Lanka, Seychelles, Mauritius and other countries. The tour operator forms a tourist product on regular flights, has blocks of seats and quotas from airlines in a number of directions and on high dates.
Vremya-tour is historically associated with Spain and Andorra, and remained faithful to these destinations until the pandemic. Thanks to the work of the tour operator, numerous and strong partnerships, deep knowledge of the destination and experience, Spain and Andorra have become closer to Russian tourists. The best proof of the company's reputation in the Spanish direction is the fact that the company's CEO Nelya Ogurtsova has an award from the King of Spain - an officer's cross for civil merit in front of Spain. The Caribbean countries have expanded the range of the company's offerings during the pandemic.
As a result of the merger, the Panteon team has been strengthened by expert professionals in the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Cuba, Spain, Andorra and Croatia, and tours to several new destinations have already been calculated in the online booking system.
“In fact, the merger took place at the end of last year, it took about two months to integrate and build processes technically,” Anatoly Garkushin, CEO of Panteon, comments on the changes in the company. – It was important for us to maintain a parity approach in decision-making and vision of the common future of the merged company. Companies have vast experience, their own methods of work and ways of communication. However, bringing this to a common denominator, developing common standards is no less important. We are pleased that thanks to joint efforts tours to new destinations are already calculated in the Panteon online booking system and professionals in their field are in touch with agencies.”
All offers for Panteon and Vremya-tour directions are presented on the website https://www.panteon.ru/. There will be no changes in the legal structure - the legal entity is Proto LLC (TM Pantheon), the company's general director is Anatoly Garkushin.
For agencies, the contract concluded on the basis of an offer when booking at Panteon is still valid.
“We are confident that not only both partners benefit from this association, but the entire travel industry: agencies that know one and the other brand get access to price offers in all areas, and those who have not worked with us before can safely entrust their tourists united reliable company with vast professional experience. Thanks to the fusion of vast experience, expert knowledge and advanced technologies, we get a high-quality and competitive tourism product. We are looking forward to the opening of Spain and Andorra and have already planned many interesting events to attract agencies,” says Nelya Ogurtsova, General Director of the Travel Company Vremya-Tour.
Panteon and Vremya-Tour have independently pursued a similar mission in Russian tourism for 30 years of work: to be honest and reliable partners for travel agencies and always remain tour operators with human face.
The companies will celebrate their anniversary in 2022 together under one name.
