The tour operator named the most popular months for traveling among Russians

“The most popular months for organized Russian travelers are three summer months (about 40% of all realized tours)”, - showed the study of Biblio-Globus company, during which more than 4 million tours for more than 50 Russian and foreign destinations in 2016 and 2017 were analyzed. According to the research, on the fourth line in the list of the most popular months for traveling is September, which is named as "velvet season". The most popular months during off-season are May and October, which are on the fifth and sixth lines. Less often tourists go on trips in two winter months - February, January and also in the first month of spring - March. The decrease of interest for traveling during this period is due to less comfortable weather conditions in the most popular tourist countries. However, it is during the winter months when Russian tourists are increasingly interested in traveling to the countries of year-round beach holidays, such as Thailand, India and Dominican Republic. At the same time, the top of the most popular winter destinations for tourists of Biblio-Globus for the past two years includes Russia, Thailand, Dominican Republic, Cyprus and India. In the spring season - Russia, Cyprus, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Greece and Czech Republic are in greatest demand.
