The "Intourist" has assigned the new President - the tenth for the last four years

The Board of Directors of “Intourist" appointed Maxim Horoshenkov to the position of the President of the company on January 20. Previously, he held the position of General Director of JSC "SG-Trading". Thus, after the departure Alexei Volkov from the post, who worked on this position less than six months, Maxim Horoshenkov became the tenth president of "Intourist" for the past four years. The new Head of the company is 42 years old. Since October 2014, Mr. Horoshenkov was CEO of JSC "SG-Trading" - independent distributor of liquefied petroleum gas - wholly owned by the AFK "System". Previously he headed the companies "TNK Lubricants" and "Karelianefteproduct". Vice-President of AFK "Sistema" Dmitry Pavlov said to Hotelier.pro portal, that the hotel’s portfolio of the holding is undergoing structural changes: "Due to increasing of the number of hotel’s assets, we separate the functions of the owner and the hotel operator: we create a new model of management company. In this regard, there is a redistribution of functions and personnel changes".
