The founder of the Turkish holding company Anex Tourism, associated with the Russian operator Anex Tour, bought up almost 7% of the shares of the British Thomas Cook Group. Among its assets is Intourist - the Russian tour operator. 

The company Thomas Cook Group plc buys 100% of the tour operator Biblio-Globus. Not at all "for a penny" and not even for $ 10 million, as some publications, including the federal media, wrote. The deal was concluded on Friday, March 22. 

“Thomas Cook buys Biblio-Globus tour operator, which is one of the five largest tour operators in Russia,” reports the Turkish edition TurizmGüncel, citing its sources in the industry.
