Not only the passengers and pilots but the airplanes need the regular check-ups especially during the pandemia and post-pandemia times. All over the world the major airlines invent the extra steps to prevent any viruses by sanitizing planes, gates, self-checking screens, providing personal masks, individual antiseptic for crew, employees and passengers who completed a pre-travel health screen form. According to AirlineRatings's criteria, which were published in January 2021, Qantas Airlines is once again the safest airline in the world. Bravo, Australia!

Qantas is Australia's largest domestic and international airline (founded in the Queensland 101 years ago). As the national carrier, Qantas operated selected fights to bring Australians home during the crisis of 2020. All passengers were required to undergo a health screen and temperature check to reduce the risks of COVID-19 from the very first days of the “evacuation”. Recently Australia declared the closure of the continent for the foreigners but we will cross our fingers for the better future. During the pandemia American Airlines released the video You Are Why We Fly, showed us not only the empty airports and fields but medical equipments and boxes for the patients which have to be delivered to those in trouble. Just before New Year the airline released the video offering the covid test for easy travelling across USA, concluding the issue of safety videos by the touching “Home for holidays” as in a time of pandemia home got new meaning for everyone (8+ mln viewers, 2020).
