Philippines opens for Russian tourists
From May 30, vaccinated Russian tourists will be able to make holidays in the Philippines. This will be possible thanks to the decision of the government of the country to expand the list of requirements according to which the vaccination certificates of foreigners are recognized as valid.
Now, it is allowed to present “any official document on vaccination issued by a foreign government authority.” And this means that vaccinated Russians will also be able to visit the Philippines. As follows from the relevant official document, the country theoretically accepts all Russian vaccines.
Nowadays, tourists can get to the Philippines from Russia by connecting flights (there are no direct flights for a very long time, even before the pandemic).
For a flight on the route Moscow - Manila with a connection in Dubai, tourists need to pay 1 013 Euros per person one way.
According to China Travel, this tour operator is already arranges tours to the Philippines for the autumn season. Soon, they will be put up for sale.
