Jordan is an attractive destination for Russian TO

The new destination has appeared in the booking systems of TUI Russia and ANEX Tour operators. These packages are for Jordan. The program will start at the end of October till the beginning of May. Ural airlines will carry tourists to Aqaba. 

Tatiana Korshunova, Public Relations Manager of TUI, says that there’ll be three flights weekly instead of two during the first month of the flight program. 

ANEX Tour has taken the block of seats on the charters to Jordan. The operator considers the destination as interesting for the Russian tourists. “The Red Sea is the major attractive factor there. And also the opportunity to visit the coasts of two seas (the Red Sea and the Dead Sea). The climate is very mild here, the sun is shining almost all year round, so the water can be heated till the comfortable temperature”, Irina Chernyavskaya, Destination Manager for Jordan from Anex Tour says.  

It’s important to mention that since November, Nord wind company in cooperation with PEGAS Touristik TO will also fulfil three flights a week to Jordan. The prices for a week stay in autumn period start from 58 000 rubles (879 $) for DBL room in 3 star hotel. 

The travel experts think the destination is really interesting for tourists thanks to the diversity of excursion program. But the disadvantage of the destination is the limited hotel base. And the air temperature during the new year period is only +17 degrees above zero.
